Your Visit

COVID-19 Procedure

Our staff is committed to providing you with the best care possible. During the current Covid 19 pandemic we are taking every precaution to keep you and your families safe. We appreciate your patience as we all work through this difficult time.

As we move forward and work toward being able to offer more in-office visits, we are implementing the following changes:

If you have any symptoms concerning for corona infection (fever, shortness of breath, cough, headache, or dizziness) or you are concerned you may have been exposed to the virus PLEASE stay in your car and call 524-1307 so that staff can assist you.

Otherwise we ask that ONE person come inside the appropriate lobby (well/sick) to sign in with your name and phone number. Please wear a mask while in the building.

After signing in you can return to your car. A nurse will call you when it is your turn to be seen. We are prepared to modify this plan if circumstances warrant.

We're committed to keeping you and your family healthy. Call us today at 229-524-1307 to schedule an appointment. We offer office appointments 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please contact our officepromptly so the time can be made available to other patients. We can reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time.

Please note: If you are more than 30 minutes late and have not called late your provider may not be able to see you.
